As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a robust and secure IT infrastructure, we want to inform you that ownCloud 10.14 and all versions earlier will reach end-of-life by December 31, 2025.
As support for PHP 7.4 – a key component of ownCloud 10 – will only receive limited updates until the end of 2026, we are facing increasing maintenance costs and a higher risk of unpatched vulnerabilities. The underlying technology stack of ownCloud 10 is already outdated and no longer maintainable in a secure or cost-efficient way.
To minimise ongoing security risks, prevent future disruptions, and to ensure cost control, we strongly recommend migrating to Kiteworks.
