Sign Up to Express Interest in Kiteworks Labs

Kiteworks Labs is an incubator inside Kiteworks that will test, validate, and publicly demonstrate new strategic initiatives for the Kiteworks Private Content Network. It focuses on building out a suite of tools to give full control to the business group that manages compliance and cybersecurity risk for sensitive content (learn more). We invite current customers to get early access to these features, have regular engagement with Kiteworks' product and design team, and provide feedback along the way—at $0 additional cost.

What to Expect

Upon submitting this form, a Kiteworks representative will schedule an intake meeting with you and the Kiteworks product team. There, we will learn about your business need and evaluate if it is a good fit for the feature set we are building. A compliance representative from your organization is required to be a part of this intake call so we can best understand the audit log requirements.

Once accepted, we will need you to agree to meet with the Kiteworks product team at least monthly, and be available as needed for contact once a Labs feature has been deployed.

You will need to engage a small pilot of your Kiteworks users to help vet the features and give feedback directly to our product team.

Once you are satisfied that a feature meets your standard, it can be deployed in your production environment ahead of general availability.

Kiteworks Labs Privacy Notice

This notice and our Privacy Policy describe how Kiteworks Labs handles your data collected as you interact with Labs features. Please read them carefully. “You” and “Your” refer to eligible participants in Kiteworks Labs, which eligibility is limited to current licensees of Kiteworks.

When you opt in to Kiteworks Labs, you’ll get early access to new features integrated within Kiteworks products. These features are at the development stage, and may or may not become part of the Kiteworks suite of products. Kiteworks will periodically transmit technical data from a Kiteworks Labs project to Kiteworks. Such data does not include the content of any emails or attachments, file names, or any personally identifiable information, and is used to provide, improve, and develop products. You can opt out of Kiteworks Labs anytime.

Terms Of Service

You agree that your use of Kiteworks Labs is subject to the Accellion Solutions License Agreement.

Kiteworks Labs involves development of experimental technology and may sometimes perform below commercially reasonable standards.

If we believe violations of our terms have occurred, your account may be suspended from participation in Kiteworks Labs. If you think you have been incorrectly suspended, you can contact us at labs@kiteworks.com. In order to provide more licensees the opportunity to join Labs, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in order to invite new users to join. Kiteworks reserves the right to modify or discontinue Kiteworks Labs features at any time.
