We know it’s a big decision to switch, and we will show you the benefits that make it worthwhile. If you decide to make the switch, we will strive to make your transition from ownCloud 10 to Kiteworks Enterprise smooth and successful. Our dedicated experts will work with you to develop a custom upgrade plan taking any differences in deployment and features into account.

Our Offer

ownCloud customers will have two options at their next license renewal:

• Accepting the Upgrade Opportunity: Agree to upgrade to the Kiteworks Enterprise platform and begin facilitating an upgrade within three months for a flat renewal license price of the previous year. Kiteworks will provide free, expert deployment support and a purpose-built migration tool to facilitate your successful transition.
• Declining the Upgrade Opportunity: Do not agree to upgrade to the Kiteworks platform and incur an increase in your ownCloud license price while continuing to use your ownCloud solution for the renewed period. Customers with a multi-year subscription period will be treated on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the impending PHP 7.4 end of support, Kiteworks recommends upgrading as soon as possible. Customers who upgrade before their renewal date will receive the same offer of a Kiteworks license at a flat rate (prorated for the partial license term), free deployment support, and migration tool.
